The Rip-off
"The Rip-off" is a comedic and satirical take on interview talk shows, inspired by "The Eric Andre Show" and "Between Two Ferns." I'm the creator, director, host, and editor of "The Rip-off." Alongside my co-host, Tanner Kenley, we get to know our guests while also messing with them and having some fun. "The Rip-off" is currently a finalist for Best Variety Show in the 2025-2026 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System College Media Awards.
ASU-TV Political Debates
I directed three live political debates (U.S House of Representatives District 1, Arkansas Senate District 20, Jonesboro Mayor) for ASU-TV. This included overseeing 15 students across a social team, set team, audio team, streaming team, graphics team, technical directors, and an executive producer. During the broadcast, I directed on headset, telling the technical directors which camera to go to, and giving the floor director countdowns for our talent. These debates won 2nd place in Television Political Coverage from the Arkansas College Media Association.
Name of the Game
"Name of the Game" is a gameshow that puts A-State students against each other through a series of wacky challenges. I have been a camera operator for each episode, as well as being a participant in episode 2. I also helped with the overall production, such as creating and setting up challenges, as well as running audio and setting up shots.
You, Me, and the Community
"You, Me, and the Community" is a talk show featuring leaders from both on-campus and the greater Jonesboro community. I worked a variety of roles, including teleprompter, camera operator, floor director, and technical director. This show won Best Live Video Production from the 2023 College Broadcasters Inc. National Student Production Awards.
